MPB and Pam Confer, creator of Mississippi Beautiful, have teamed up to learn what makes Mississippi Beautiful to you.

"I Am Mississippi Beautiful" is an initiative to further the positive image of Mississippi as a wonderful place to live, work, play and visit.

We want to hear from everyone on what makes Mississippi Beautiful to you. There are two ways you can participate in this initiative:

  1. Think about what makes Mississippi Beautiful to you. You can express it in a variety of ways. Submit an illustration, poem, lyrics or some other artistic expression by clicking the submission button below.
  2. You can help us illustrate the Mississippi Beautiful picture book. See descriptions of the page themes below and follow submission guidelines.
